Ok so today while I was at work, my co-worker asked, "are you losing weight?" and I said I don't think so, I just ate a whole pizza the day before so I feel like I've gained weight.
Well, this morning, I knew that I felt a little bit heavier than normal so I decided to wear something that made myself look like I haven't even gained a pound. I wore a loose fitting/flow-like top and my regular slacks with my cardigan.
I guess the point I am trying to make is if you are feeling a little heavier than normal wear something just a little loose but fitted to you body and you will tell the difference. I recommend tops than bottoms because you don't want to look crazy
